RESERVATIONS

All reservations are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive an email acknowledging the details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your reservation, just a confirmation that we have received it.  Please check the details thoroughly including the service reserved and personal details. Unless you cancel your reservation, acceptance of your reservation and completion of the contract between you and Explore The Outside will be completed when we email you to confirm the reservation you have made.

 

PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the site are in EURO, and are inclusive of VAT.  All prices and offers remain valid as advertised.  The price displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in the cases of obvious error.   If you would like a quote on an ex-VAT price, or you require a VAT receipt please contact info@exploretheoutside.com.

 

PAYMENT

Explore the outside accepts payment via VISA and MasterCard and Bank Transfer.

Payment will be debited upon dispatch of the item.  You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to explore the outside, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
