Ionian Coastal Adventurer: Exploring the NATURA Zone and Karavostasi Beach

Description: Agios Athanasios is considered one of the most miraculous monasteries of Thesprotia. We start this guided tour from the ‘water sports spot’ on the beach of Marbella Elix and head into the wild olive and carob tree forest. The route is defined by evergreen trees and shrubs such as kermes oak. If you feel like it, you have the chance to explore the abandoned zoo next to the monastery. A great idea for families who want to explore and inspire the young Indiana Jones in the family! This route is also available for biking.

Location: Around Perdika and Karavostasi we explore nature trails in our backyard

Available Starting Point: Explore the Outside spot (at MarBella Elix Hotel)

Duration: 3 hours (10:00 – 13:00)

Don’t forget to bring: Backpack, Trekking Footwear,  Windproof/waterproof Membrane, Light pants or short Pants, Base Layer,   T-Shirt, Hat, Sun protection.

Suitable For Children: Yes, 8 years and up.

Price: The cost for all guided hiking activities for this trip is:
